My story

Before PulseTV, we had a company called Fusion Video, a catalog company. Sold in 1995, my brother, cousin and myself started PulseTV in 1996. We made TV commercials for VHS titles like Riverdance, Stomp, and Robin Williams specials. As the dot-com boom pushed TV ad prices up, the business moved online and became PulseTV.com.

Somewhere along the way, we started GopherCentral.com a free email newsletter service with various topics of interest. It has been over twenty years now that we've done this and Genius House Hacks (formerly Handy Hints) is where all of those years of hints finally get organized into one place you can actually search, instead of digging through old emails.

As I'm of retirement age, I'm stepping back from day-to-day responsibilities at PulseTV, but I'm still writing some newsletters, appearing in PulseTV's product videos, and writing some of the deal copy. Genius House Hacks is the next chapter of that same work.
