Keeping the box of plastic wrap in the freezer instead of a kitchen drawer makes it much easier to handle: the cold reduces the static electricity and adhesive stickiness that make the wrap cling to itself. It regains its normal stickiness within a couple of minutes out of the freezer, or after about 10 to 15 minutes if there's no freezer space to spare for the box itself.
