It's an unfortunate reality, but cleaning is a never-ending chore, so any tips that make cleaning faster and easier are as good as gold. Whether you're a habitual cleaner or more of a once-a-month type, here are a couple of tips that can make cleaning your home easier.

Furniture Polish for Stainless Steel

A lemon-scented furniture polish like Pledge makes a wonderful stainless steel cleaner. Spray some onto a dry rag and use it to rub down stainless steel appliances, then buff with a dry rag to bring it to a shine; you can also spray directly onto the surface. This works on your refrigerator, stove, oven, and even your stainless steel sink, giving them all a nice sheen.

Cooking Spray for Lime Deposits

Cooking spray like Pam isn't just for cooking. Spritz a small amount on the shower or faucets you're cleaning and let it sit for a while; the oil in the spray helps break down lime deposits.
